Appleton Brooks collection
Otto looks back to the tradition of Venetian terrazzo, where fragments of contrasting material are set into a continuous surface to create depth, rhythm and visual movement. Funk keeps that idea fresh with a light base and lively multicolour aggregate, giving the tile personality without making it difficult to use.
Because the collection is built around a single colour, its strength comes from the relationship between background and fragment rather than a broad palette. The surface works particularly well where a scheme needs one graphic material to sit alongside quieter stone, timber or painted finishes.

↓The collection
Funk is the single Otto colour: a light, almost pearly base scattered with multicolour chips. The contrast between the quiet background and larger aggregate gives the surface its energy, making it useful as either a full-room material or a graphic counterpoint to simpler stone, timber and painted finishes.
