Tile Orders Delivery and Returns Information
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Tile orders are arranged directly
The Appleton Brooks website is for sample requests and enquiries. We do not accept tile orders or take payments through the website. To discuss a purchase or request a quotation, email sales@appletonbrooks.com.
Before you commit to a tile order, we will provide the relevant product details, agreed quantities, total price including applicable taxes and charges, payment arrangements, delivery information and sale terms. We will also explain how and when the order becomes binding.
Delivery arrangements
Tile delivery arrangements are agreed as part of your direct order. Sample delivery information does not describe the delivery service for a tile order. Please discuss access restrictions, unloading requirements and timing with us before ordering. Any delivery charges and material restrictions will be explained before you agree to the purchase.
Cancellation returns and problems
Applicable cancellation and returns information will be supplied before you enter into a contract. Buying directly by email or telephone does not, by itself, remove consumer distance-selling rights.
If tiles are damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or do not match the agreed description, contact sales@appletonbrooks.com so that we can help. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Please obtain return instructions before sending goods to us; the registered office is not a designated returns depot.
Any rules about change-of-mind returns or goods made to your specifications will be explained where relevant. We do not treat an item as exempt from statutory cancellation rights merely because it is described as a special order.
