What the website provides

The website helps you explore our tile ranges, save selections, request samples and contact us for advice or a quotation. It does not accept tile orders or process payments. Submitting an enquiry, saving a product or requesting a sample does not place a tile order or commit you to buying tiles.

Tile purchases are arranged directly with our team and are subject to the quotation and sale terms provided before you commit to an order. These website terms do not replace those terms or affect rights you have under consumer law.

Product information and samples

We aim to keep descriptions, images and availability information accurate. Screen settings, lighting and production differences can affect how colours and finishes appear. Samples help you assess a product but may not show the full variation of a natural or patterned material. Ask us about suitability, dimensions, technical specifications and variation before making a decision.

Website information is general guidance. Suitability for a particular installation depends on the product, location and installation requirements. Obtain appropriate professional advice where needed. Nothing here removes rights concerning goods that must match their description or an agreed sample, be of satisfactory quality or be fit for a purpose agreed with us.

Availability and any indicative prices should be confirmed in your quotation. If we identify a material error, we will explain it before you enter into a tile purchase contract.

Our website is hosted by Shopify. Information you provide and information about your visits are processed by Shopify to operate the service. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: Shopify also combines information about interactions with our website, other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalisation, improvements and advertising features. Shopify is responsible for its processing for these enhanced services. Information may be shared with Shopify and service providers in other countries.
