Sherwood Honeysuckle chevron porcelain in a living room

Appleton Brooks collection

Sherwood

Sherwood is rooted in the warmth and irregularity of natural timber. Pronounced grain, tonal variation and a gently textured surface give Honeysuckle the depth of freshly cut wood, while the honey-led colouring keeps the overall effect warm and cohesive.

The long plank has the character of a single weathered timber species, while the coordinating chevron deliberately mixes several wood grains within the same warm tonal family. Together they allow the collection to move from calm, linear layouts to more decorative parquet-inspired compositions.

The collection

One honey tone, two expressions of timber.

Honeysuckle is intentionally held to one warm colour story. In the long plank, the grain has the more weathered character of a single timber species; in the chevron, several related wood grains are mixed together within the same honey-led tone. The result gives the pattern more movement without making the floor feel patchwork or overly varied.
